PAYMENT - There are 2 methods of payment - credit card [in all countries], and "eenmalige overboeking" [only in Holland]. The delivery times vary, but are quicker for credit card orders, and can take from 2 to maybe 10 working days. Please note that there are 2 phases to the ordering process. Firstly, placing the order, and then, secondly making the payment. If the payment phase is unsuccessful, you will not receive any singles, even though you may have received an order confirmation via email.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS - Some people have experienced problems with credit card orders. If you complete the credit card section, but then receive an error message when trying to submit this information, then this may well be due to a "cookie" problem in Internet Explorer [or other browser].
This can usually be solved by altering your browser options to "accept all cookies". You can do this in Internet Explorer by going to tools/Internet Options [or Extra/Internet options], and then to to the Security [Beveiliging] tab - and putting the slider there to its lowest security level. If you feel uncomfortable with this setting, then move it back to its original position after successfully making your order.
